D&D Services handles airport and business passenger transport for companies in Belgian and Dutch Limburg. You book the ride through our website and receive a confirmation of it. For urgent matters we can be reached by phone around the clock.

We work with fixed rates and no hidden costs, so you know in advance what a journey costs and you can work on invoice. Our drivers wear a tailored suit and transport your staff and guests discreetly and professionally.

D&D Services operates nineteen licensed vehicles, all equipped for regular passenger transport. In 2025 we carried out more than 10,000 rides, over 4,000 of them to or from Brussels Airport.

Companies choose us because they can count on us: the same arrangements year after year, and the flexibility to move with you when a flight shifts or an appointment changes at the last minute. We are available around the clock.

Which airports and stations do we drive to?

We drive to all airports between Dortmund and Orly and between Ostend and Frankfurt. Brussels Airport in Zaventem is by far our busiest destination, followed by Dusseldorf. We also drive regularly to Charleroi-Brussels South, Eindhoven, Schiphol and Cologne-Bonn, and to train stations such as Brussels-South and Liege-Guillemins.

Every airport and station has a fixed meeting point. You will find the full list in our FAQ. The driver checks the flight, so he is waiting where your people come out. After landing we allow one hour of waiting time as standard.

Calculating the price and booking

You calculate the price of fixed routes yourself with the calculator. For business clients those prices exclude 6% VAT.

You book through the reservation form. If you have booked with us before, you tick that you are an existing customer. You are then already known as a debtor in our system and you do not have to fill in your company details again.

Invoicing

Business rides are invoiced afterwards. We invoice twice a month, each time covering the rides of the previous two weeks. If you prefer to settle a ride on the spot, you can pay the driver by Bancontact, credit card or cash.
