Frequently asked questions

  • When booking, you will receive a copy of your request. 
    You will then receive an email later stating the price for the transfers.
    This is the final confirmation of your reservation.

  • The driver will send you a message to let you know that he has left and what time he will arrive.

Meeting points at airports and train stations

Brussels Airport :
in the arrival hall on the right side, close to the elevators, in front of JAVA COFFEE. If the passengers come out the customs they
should walk to the right

Brussels Midi Train station :
At Prêt situated in the main lobby of the train station near the exit Place Victor Horta/Pulmann Midi Hotel

Düsseldorf Airport:
At EUROPCAR CAR RENTAL in the arrival lobby, between exit gates 2A – 3B.

Charleroi Brussels South Airport:
At the parking meters just outside the airport area. Turn right leaving Exit 4 of the airport building, walk 100 meters until the fence
with turnstiles. The driver will be waiting just outside.

Amsterdam Schiphol Airport:
At the the Official Schiphol Airport Meeting point in the central lobby (Schiphol Plaza), close to the Burger King

Liège Guillemins Train Station:
Take the escalators to the upper level of the building. Meeting point is at the elevator tube at the parking zone at platform 8.

Cologne-Bonn, Frankfurt, Paris CDG, Liège Airport, Maastricht, Eindhoven…:
The driver will be waiting at the gate/terminal where the passengers come out, according to the flight information (e.g. gate 4B,
8c,....)

  • You can pay the driver with pin or cash.

    Afterwards you will receive an official proof of payment.

    As a self-employed person or company you can of course also receive an invoicegen.

  • We do indeed have seats with backrests and toddler chairs available, always mention this in the request and it will be arranged.

  • We can transport up to 7 people, are there more of you?  
    Please submit a request for more than 7 people. 
     

  • That is certainly possible, we have choices from a BMW 7 Series, Mercedes S Class and a Mercedes V Class.  

    You can submit a request for this when you go to our fleet, and then you have a choice from our Luxury segment.

  • We have an emergency number that you can reach in case of emergencies. In case of delays or cancelled flights and trains, you can always email us.

  • Please inform us by email of any changes regarding flights and/or trains that are delayed or cancelled.

    Our email address can be found at the bottom of the website.

  • You first have the choice between Private and Business.  

    If you are a private individual, first go to the private menu.   
    Then click on calculate my price.  

    From then on, follow the steps and fill in your details.  

    For Business, it is exactly the same.  

    Afterwards, you will also receive a confirmation when the ride is booked.

  • Absolutely, our dispatch follows everything closely.

    Because we have more than 20 drivers available, we can work very flexibly and smoothly if something goes wrong with your travel plans.
